A Jackson Woman is in custody today after police say she stabbed her boyfriend Monday afternoon. Officers from the Jackson Police Department responded to a home on the 1400 block of Mound for a domestic situation.  A 21 year old woman and her 27 year old boyfriend were arguing.  The argument escalated and the woman stabbed her boyfriend in the chest.  He was taken to Allegiance Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.  The woman left the scene and according to the Jackson Police Department was eventually located at the Jackson Interfaith Shelter were she was taken into custody.
