The 33 year old suspect investigators say shot and killed a Dearborn man this weekend was arraigned Tuesday morning. Prosecuting Attorney Jerry Jarzynka detailed the charges.
If convicted, Hamilton would face life in prison without parole. Investigators are still tying to figure out motive according to Jackson County Sheriff Steve Rand.
