Funeral services have been set for longtime Jackson educator and Jackson City Councilman, Carl Breeding who passed away on Monday at the age of 80.  Friday evening a ''Soundquake Celebration'' will be held at the Lily Mission Baptist Church, that includes a public viewing, at 7:00 PM.  The Funeral Service will be held in the Jackson High School Auditorium, Saturday
