Longtime Jackson City Councilman Carl Breeding passed away early Monday morning following a brief illness. WKHM spoke with Jackson Mayor Martin Griffin, he said he will be missed.
Councilman Dan Greer was elected in 1997, the same year as Councilman Breeding.
Frank Weathers is the Human Relations Liaison for the City of Jackson
Mayor Griffin told WKHM the council will eventually appoint a temporary replacement.
