20 year-old Hanover man charged in Moscow Rd. Hit & Run
Benjamin J. Geisman, a 20 year-old Hanover Township man, was arrested Friday morning on a seven count warrant. Those charges were a result of a detailed and thorough investigation into the July 14th hit and run crash on Moscow R. in Hanover.
Sheriff Investigators in conjuction with the Michigan State Police conducted a lengthy investigation - not only into the crash, but the driver's activities prior to the crash.
Geisman was charged with the following:
- Two felony counts of OWI causing serious injury.
- Two felony counts of failure to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in serious impairment or death.
- One misdemeanor count of possession of alcohol by a minor.
- Two misdemeanor counts of possesion of a forged driver's license.
